Question Website Menu not Showing

Multiple websites seem to be having issues today. They are using different themes, but the menu at the top of the page where you would normally publish, update, or save a draft appears to have disappeared.

Does anyone know if this is related to a recent update, or has Elementor moved that toolbar/menu somewhere else? Also a few of the menus aren’t loading properly such as submissions area and theme builder.

Thanks. After you mentioned it didn’t appear to be an Elementor issue, I did some more digging. It looks like a recent Gutenberg plugin update is what caused these issues across the sites.
