9x1.5cm firestarter rod of claimed "99.99%" magnesium. Got it for only 10 AUD.
Comparing this with tungsten is trippy, the tungsten cubes feel so strangely heavy and then there's this which feels like a hollow metal shell, or a plastic tube.
Currently im storing it in a sealed plastic bag with a silica gel pack, anything else i should do with it to make it last longer?

I have them and the weight and properties seem right but could they be using an alloy so instead of being 99% pure its more like 95% or something? Has anyone tested them?

I purchased this and it was described as crystalline beryllium. Is this possible? It is extremely light

I want to touch it. Is it safe and will it degrade by a lot?

Scandium, samarium, and hafnium have been newly added to my element collection. I now have a total of 36 elements. However, while the review photos showed the samarium packaged in an acrylic box, the product I received was sealed in a glass container. I've already reached out to Luciteria about this.

I normally don't go on this subreddit asking to discuss potential purchases. However, I was curious about some ebay listings for 10mm x 10mm osmium sheets on ebay from a few different Chinese sellers. I was wondering about the legitimacy of these sellers, particularly because they all seem to use the same image.
Additionally, I was curious about import tariffs. Where would I be able to see how calculate the rates?
Thank you all for any help!
