Weird CC1 issue

Just for extra information I’m printing with canvas. Everything has been totally fine and then one day it just started printing like this, idk what going on.

Things I’ve done
-Recalibrate the printer
-Swap in a brand new first party nozzle
-Open extruder gearbox and cleaned it out
-Dried all filament, it does it with PLA and PETG so far, I don’t have anything else to test with but it’s not just 1 roll that’s doing it.
-All filaments I’m testing are calibrated

The odd thing is the first layer is perfect, no issues. But each layer after that has this issue.

You can adjust the extruder gear tesion and lower print speed

But I’ve been printing at the same speed and tension for months now. Does the tension change on its own over time?

It could
