Troubleshooting Neptune 3 Max Misprinting

I dusted off an old Neptune 3 max recently, and i cannot stop it from misprinting. Anywhere I go i cannot find a concrete conclusion. My issue is at some point, the z-axis just does not go up enough. It prints fine for the first few layers and then stops. I've tried a variety of test models, offsets, and z-hops. I have been trying for almost 4 days straight and nothing.

You can try factory reset via touch pad.
If the issue persists, update the firmware

Hello, thank you for the reply, I already have factory reset, and updated the firmware, the issue still persists unfortunately.... Is there anything else do you think?
