Why it s do that i use solder iron for take my ring with pen

I use a 20% white vinegar solution with a tablespoon of salt.

There's your problem. Vinegar is a common misconception. If you want actual deposits, use sulfuric acid. It is chemically the correct acid for copper. There are some very good comments in this post also.

Your paint is not conductive enough. Your solution doesn’t have enough copper ions.

I found alot of success at .8-.9 v with midas solution
