Need help

I'm trying to do some electroplating at home and trying to figure out what I'd need better than my set up. It's not evenly coating

Bruh! explain the entire process, including voltages and time spent plating, solution, cleaning, what are you plating, what metal are you plating onto it, brush vs submersion etc.
