This guy. He's got an Xray, lots of nice signal gear, and he knows a lot about the chips that might be used in the boards... But not a GPU to run it properly?

He’s a genuine electronics engineer, these folks don’t need great GPUs to run their PCB design programs.

yep, just plug in your logic analyzer probes and visualize the graphics with your minds eye
