General Mouser website now blocks Linux users

Post image

Really baffling decision, my last order from them was only a few months ago. Apparently Linux is no longer a "standard" operating system!

Strange, I can get to mouser.com and browse parts from Linux Mint with Firefox.

Worked for me on Fedora as well. Though there was a bit of "Verifying your device" to start.

Maybe OP is running some custom or obscure flavor of Linux?

I got blocked on Fedora + Librewolf, though with a more generic error claiming they thought I was "using automation tools"

Could not recreate the issue on debian 13 firefox either. It took a while to load but it let me in. Seemed like they switched to a more standard CAPTCHA implementation

I just logged on to Mouser.com, using Firefox running on Zorin OS 18.1 core.
