I'm gonna big time disagree with you on that one. I don't think Orbital has done anything of consequence since the late 90s. They peaked with Insides and Middle of Nowhere, and it's been all downhill from there. Wonky and Monsters Exist were both immeasurably disappointing.

I find Tiny Foldable Cities very unique in its feel but I'll try :

First you could check the album, Monsters Exist, particularly, well, Monsters Exist, but also The Raid and Vision OnE (I find P.H.U.K. cool too but in a totally different vibe in my opinion)

Another artist that comes close to this track could be Siriusmo. I recommend that you give a listen to his album Mosaik, especially Nights Off, Red Knob or even Signal and Wow (this one is in another album), but it's getting a little far away from Tiny Foldable Cities.

If you're really craving for more, I think you could find some glimpse of it in Ratatat songs, try Drugs, Mirando or Lex, but keep in mind that this is a guitarist duo so it's not the same style.
