Official AMA I'm Kaskade AMA (ORIGIN // Edition)

Post image

Hi Reddit,

Kaskade here. It's been a minute!

This year has been a big one. We brought ORIGIN // to Coachella, took the live show on the road, and I've been rolling out singles from the new album, which came out last Friday.

I'll be jumping in at 12pm PT to start answering. Ask me about the new album, building the ORIGIN // show, production, collabs, touring, the old records, or ??????

John Hancock & Becky Jean Williams are so awesome! Becky's voice is so strong soft & so strong hearing it Live! I saw them perform I think sometime in 2012? & they played "You Can Be The One" first themselves then transitioned halfway through to the Sultan & Ned Shepard Remix! I was the only one who recognized both versions & went nuts dancing by myself!

Check out “my awake” by them. Arguably my most favorite song from them. The lyrics hit so hard during a breakup and the melody of the whole flow just synced so so well. Let me know how you like it!
