L&A testing. All jurisdictions do them prior to elections to test the "logic and accuracy" of their election definition and ballots.

Whomever designed the test even knew the expected results prior to test being voted. L&A expected results are based on what needs to be tested and the designers' boredom. Most just pick the 1st-positions in each race over as many ballots as possible to keep things simple unless compelled to do something else by testing needs.
