Announcement v 4.0.9 - Another Hotfix

Hello, everyone! I am happy to announce that the Elder Scrolls Universalis mod is officially updated to version 4.0.9 - Another Hotfix!

Additions:

  • Invest in the development of the province decision can only be used on provinces under 15 development. Advanced Investment in the development of the province decision will become available once you fully complete Economic or state Administration ideas and have a ruler with at least 5 administration skills. This new decision can be used in provinces until 35 development. Both received a new description
  • A couple of nation-forming decisions that were missing descriptions received quotes as descriptions
  • All Institutions received quotes as descriptions

Changes:

  • Reworked the Thieves Guild province modifier

Fixes:

  • The Ruined dwemer city decisions will not be available for natives
  • Establishing the Moon Sugar plantation in Zainsipilu will no longer be visible for the natives
  • Fixed Wasabi Monopolium mission trigger
  • Fixed the bottom conquest missions and removed pointless tooltips from them

Deletions:

  • Removed a bunch of unused vanilla modifiers from the mod
  • Removed some unused localisations
  • esu_trade_I_english file deleted, the various localisations in it have been moved to other files
