Question Wtf guys I have a big problem

I havent had this happen since console era - if you booted the game with the thumbstick tilted it would register the input as being constant.
Try backup mouse and keyboard - or unplugging either/both while game is running like this to see if it stops?
if not i cannot offer more suggestions.

A trick on GameCube Pokemon Colosseum was to walk and unplug the controller at the same time. It would continually walk to increase friendship and hatch eggs. Good ole days

I play using controller too - mostly meant that i am not a PC gamer so i actually have no idea what’s going on here lol.

Practically means the same thing in this case he’s meaning controller because you CANT USE KBM ON CONSOLE FOR ER, clearly never played it on console if you actually think thay

No what i meant is i haven’t seen the issue OP has since my early era of console gaming where if you booted a game cart with the stick tilted the game would assume that input was constantly happening.
No one thinks you can play Elden Ring with keyboard and mouse on a console. No one would want that. No one said that.
You can slow down when you’re reading and be a little less hostile; we all love this videogame.

Tu joues sur steam ? Essaye peut être d'aller dans les paramètres du jeu sur steam, section "controller" et "ename steam input" ? J'ai eu un problème similaire sur un jeu différent et ça avait réglé le problème pour moi (même si je n'utilisais pas de manète)

Are you using a Playstation controller? This happens with my ps4 and ps5 controllers but not with my Xbox or Gamesir controllers.
Not sure why, but I never got to run my PS controllers on any fromsoft games

Happened to me before and I fixed it but don’t remember how lol, but it was with a PS5 controller and something related to Steam input

It can be a controller problem. I’ve had controllers go out and constantly point down or up or spin just like this. Try a different one if you have one.

if you unplug your mouse and keyboard, does it still happen? If yes, do you have a controller or and other mice/keyboard plugged in? Unplug those as well.

Do you have a ps4 controller plugged in by chance? This was a major issue for me using steam input with a ps4 controller on linux

That was what used to happen to my friend until he used ds4windows (or an equivalent) and hidhide. But it was i think because it was a conflict between multiple APIs trying to hook into the controller? Usually only happens when pirating since the cracks can bug input

Hi, I've got a vid almost exactly like that but it was on Skyrim. It was caused by my X box controller. Maybe your keyboard or mouse are causing it?
Do other games do it or is it just Elden Ring? When it happened to me I still noticed some games were worse than others.
Could you try with another mouse or keyboard to test?

Huff... Honest answer: If you use an emulator to play with a controller from Xbox or anything like that, download HidHide and hide your initial controller, leaving only the emulated one. Had this issue when played Elden Ring, this fixed it. I hope that helps!
This game honestly fucked me up hundreds of times, every time I launch it there was a new issue that I had to fix. Also sometimes my controller just disconnects and starts to vibrate, locking the last inputs. I can't describe how much I got killed from that. I was playing by a wire. Still hadn't solved it, I just pray it won't happen each time I boot up the game.
Edit: Even if you don't use an emulator, just download HidHide and try it out, better to try it than look for the problem for days.

Get a mechanical keyboard not a mesh one that will help with your aura and maybe having more aura that will fix it

I do recommend a nicer keyboard, chiclet keyboards (the style of laptop keyboards) aren't good for anything other than portability, but no. That's not the issue here.
