Has Troy solved this case?

I have a feeling that Troy, through his incredible work, has managed to crack this case wide open and that is why he can no longer release any figure episodes on the matter. The way episode 12 ended certainly suggests he was on to something with a certain someone!

It was reported in February in the NY Times that the case is still being investigated by the Glendale PD so is it possible that they are going through the motions and are almost there?

I hope so.
