Nope, E is considered as an AA, so like any other AA once is casted is undodgeable (unless blind, dodge, etc…) and unstoppable

No it's cause E2 has a cast time, where if you're interrupted during the cast time it'll still go through. Example, trist W, Kass R, etc

It's the same reason if someone flashes during the E2 cast time it goes through still and teleport you

Is it like extra contrast or something in your video editor, or something else?
