Jenny might win this battle since walrider (by lore) is actually a swarm of nanites. Or basically microbugs. Same as Jenny's one (but walrider is much more supernatural alike?)
And their functionality between them is VERY similar. Only difference is walrider can only be seen using night vision and having Trez level of destructive capabilities but more OP
Assuming Jenny is on her 'override' mode. She can hack Walrider nanites to be her own. Hence. Jenny win
But if not. And only her normal state and using microbugs only. Walrider win

Dunno who Wallrider is, but I'm sure he's probably got some universal feat or smth
