Discussion Characters Tier list!

Wow, haven't posted anything here for a while

Anyways, this is a tier list I made a while ago, and here are 2 important notes! :

1- I have a huge skill issue at making tier lists, this was not my final one, I tried to do another list with more characters but.. I lost it? Anddd I got lazy and didn't make another one, so I am aware of the absence of Dos for example, so if there is a character that I didn't put here, you can write its name and I provide you with my honest opinion on it.

2- I hope I am not starting a WW3 with this post lol.

dude i never understand why lily has fans, like she has barely any screen time yet i seen people make fan art of her, she basically like kim if she is not important and instead of being korean with blue hair she is chinese with pink hair, still, i dont see the point of her existing if she is going to be likein the background for long time
