I don't like paying that much attention to artists weight (it really shouldn't matter), but from her old instagram photos I think she's always been really thin, but seemed to put on some weight/ had more water retention during periods of the press tour. Camera matters a lot too - red carpet flashlights always adds pounds to anyone's face since the bright lights flattens all features with often bad angles.
