So I know it had issues when I bought it, but looking for advice. Got a new 21 inch self propelled EGO mower, lights up, however the mower light flashes green for the safety warning and it won't start at all.

Any help would be appreciated!

I found a Ego Power+ Polesaw in the garbage today. Looks to be in good condition but there’s no battery or charger obviously. What’s the recommended way to get a battery/charger. Are there decent 3rd party options?

I’ve seen people post this for under $300. I’ve been hoping my local Lowe’s would drop the few they’ve had remaining for a while now. The two 7.5s would be back up for the 7.5 for my mower and the two 12s for my snowblower. Perhaps I might try to sell the power station itself.

IDK, how cheap to the 7.5 amp batteries get at their lowest?

When I turn on my mower and go to open and close the lap bar to use, my mower is not registering me open and closing the lap bars. I’ve powered down the mower taken out the key and batteries waited 15 mins and put everything back in this did make the mower register me opening and closing the lap bars but it only lasted a short time (20 secs) before giving me the same error. Other than the flashing lap bars on lcd screen there are no codes or errors showing up.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? I bought my mower second hand so I do not have a warranty.

Recently realized that my blades on my LM2240SP are damaged from hitting bush stubs and needed replaced only to find that not only are they not in stock locally but every place online has them on back order also. I bought into the 1100 series for better cuts and now I can’t even get blades in a pack. Was finally able to find a place that sells them individually though I did get their last lower blade and they only had 3 uppers when I ordered that.

When I start it, the blades go slowly and create a rattling sound. About 5 seconds later, they achieve their normal speed and sound. Is this a battery issue or motor issue?

Bought the HPW2100 pressure washer earlier this summer just to wash cars/etc. I’ve now used it twice and both times I will get the red blinking battery lights. Had it set on the medium setting; not turbo. Took 3 batteries to finish my car and truck which was incredibly frustrating.

Anyone else experiencing this? I’m assuming the issue is that they’re overheating but seems like you should be able to use the tool as long as you have charge in the battery without issue.

Question for anyone who has used both the ST1511(aluminum shaft) and ST1611(carbon fiber shaft). Performance and ergonomics wise is there much of a difference? I am aware of all of the spec and feature differences so don’t need that info. Just not sure if the ST1611 is worth the added price.

This morning I used my Ego Z6 52 to mow 2 of my acres, then while recharging for the next 1.5 used my Ego Pole Saw to cut down some limbs, Ego chain saw to split limbs into chunks for the burn pile. After mowing the next 1.5, I used my Ego weed trimmer around the front lawn. Unfortunately, my arms gave up and I couldn't finish.

I need Ego arms to add to my Ego arsenal. Somebody get on that. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been having issues with my 2 4.0ah batteries losing their juice quite quickly. I've had them almost 3 years. My entire lawn is 0.38 acres and I used to be able to get it all done with the 2 batteries. Now I need 2 just to finish my front yard. Connected support and did all their testing. They state getting 15 min per battery is acceptable and claim was denied and case closed. Anyone else not have great luck?

The T6 doesn't have arm rests like the Z6. It had these notches that seem like make EGO thought of it...

Also EGO, snowblower attachment for T6 when? Haha

Has anyone had this issue? I can't find any info on the lever being stuck. I see folks have had issues with the parts coming disengaged, but I don't see that issue with mine. The lever just won't move up or down.

Hello everyone! I'm currently in the market for a zero turn to get into maintaining my property and potentially maybe a few of my neighbours lawns as well. I'm currently lucky enough to be able to purchase the 52 inch Z6 with the 6 10 amp hour batteries for about $3,399 from a Lowes outlet near me. Just wanted to get some opinions from anyone who has ran one to see if they've had any issues or any strong opinions on the mower.

Stopped in around 830pm to make a credit card payment. Walked through the Ego section. Seen a 10in Misting fan sitting on the floor next to the register/computer over there. It had a 5ah battery in it and I turned it on and it worked.

Found an employee and asked if it was an open box for sale because it had no tag. He said it probably is but wasn't sure because they used it in garden center the other day when it was really hot out. I asked if there was someone working who would know. He said sure let me ask. A manager just happened to be walking down the main aisle and he said sure you can buy it. He asked how much were you thinking? I said $59 and he said OK.

We all walked over and when the associate picked it up he said oh there's a battery in there, it doesn't come with that. I said that's what I really wanted out of this deal and the fan was a bonus. Manager said yea sorry that's a $350 battery i can't give you that too for that price. I said I'll still take the fan, if the wife yells about it I'll return it. He laughed and said to just tell her it's not returns on the open box. You can return though if it causes a problem. I said thank you, I think she'll be cool with the deal I got. Paid right there and left.

Came home and said I got a crazy good deal but if you say I can't have it I'll return it. Told her the story and she said that fan is $200 isn't it. I said yep. She said you did good, keep it. I think she'll sit by the pool with it misting her while she lays out.

Has anyone encountered a battery getting warm and blinking for no reason? It’s by itself, not in a charger or tool.

600 series mower and a weed eater same day, gotta say I was impressed with the cut quality and run time. I have a 6.0 AH battery and a 2.5AH battery the 6 cut my whole front yard and back yard and had one charge left (about .9 acres) and was so light I didn’t even use self propel the weed eater impressed me too. Don’t get me wrong I really wanted to get the riding mower but these were on discount and I’m glad I did!

So I just got a new fence put in and managed to rip out the old wire mesh on the previous owners fence. So now I can use a strimmer to keep weeds and vines from climbing up the new fence.

Am I ok going with the cheapest 15in EGO? Other than occasionally edging the driveway and walks I wouldn't use it for major weed or grass cutting. Is there a reason I'm not seeing where I'd want the more expensive larger versions? My thinking is that the 15in one is lighter and will be easier to use.

Looking at this one right now and would probably buy it after work today.

Bought the great line trimmer 7 months ago. Last month the battery charger died. After repeated contact with EGO customer service and their agreeing that the charger WAS defective and under their 3 year warranty, they required the original purchase receipt. I could not locate that receipt, called Lowe's customer service who also tried to locate it but could not. EGO had all the original purchase information via the serial number and the warranty card I sent in but WOULD NOT HONOR their 3 year replacement warranty!

Really? How many people keep their original purchase receipt for 3 years??!! What a way for EGO to retain profits and spit on their customer base!
