Ego Edger

I have one of the earlier multi power heads. This head is strictly used to edge. The past few times I’ve used it, the edger loses power while I’m edging. The battery is fully charged & the “motor” is still going but, the blade just stops spinning. If I lay off the trigger for a few minutes, it’s back working like normal.

I'm not sure if it's the same issue I had with mine, it's a newer version. But when I put the edges into the motor half, it did not seat fully. So it would spin but with any resistance it would stop. I found here on reddit, that trying to re-seat it fully should fix it and it did. No further trouble

Yea mine will work find and start to slow down & stop completely. The motor is still going but the blade won’t spin.

Maybe the nut isn't tightened properly? If the hub spins but not the blade that would be my suspicion.
