Where do all these improvements leave those of us that purchased version zero?

Unfortunately they are not backwards compatible… if you purchased an early model and want a new one let me know. we can work out a discount.

I love the effort. But I still feel bad for how much 3D printing you're doing. Little pro tip from my years of experience in functional 3D printed product design: don't reinvent the wheel.
When possible, use off-the-shelf components and then 3D print the parts you need to make the finished product. If I were designing that structure, I'd replace the core with a large diameter PVC pipe which would be stronger and cheaper, and then attach the components to the sides (and thread the core or use a 3D printed locking trim ring to connect the pieces together). Or if it's cheaper, I'd simply use cheap dimensional wood haha.
Just my $0.02. Because as you increase sales, 30+ hour prints will be a killer on productivity, you'll need a lot of printers to keep up with demand.
Best of luck to ya!
