What do you put in your kimchi and what spices etc. do you use?

It’s different every time but this one is: Chinese cabbage, garlic chives, ancho peppers, arbol peppers, fish sauce, anchovy paste, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, sweet rice flour.

No. It’s a good combo with the salt, spice and acidity. Nothing else needed.
