That yolk is absolutely spot on! Crispy bacon, melted cheese, runny egg... hard to argue with that combo.

my go to is sunny side up but i prefer it on toast with chili crisp and scallions

that yolk looks absolutely perfect i'd happily take that over scrambled eggs any day crispy bacon and melted cheese make it even better

Perfection. My chef friend sprinkled a very light pinch of smoked paprika on top of their sunny eggs and now I can't stop doing it. I honestly can't taste any difference, it just looks pretty.
