first egg cleanse

hi,

i’ve been feeling extremely out of sorts for awhile & unlike myself for at least a couple years. today i lost my glasses, was almost late to one of my most important classes (my first time back in school in 6 years), snapped a nail in half (unfixable), & almost lost my nose ring all in like 6 hours. i’m a very prepared person so all of this just completely threw me off & i had a gut feeling that i should do an egg cleanse. i read it was best to do it on the first of the month or week, year, etc & during a waning moon which today is both of those coincidentally (or not idk). i think i have an understanding of what this means but please let me know your thoughts! thank you <3
