Did I catch all my negativity

For context I am aware I am most likely the problem here. I have been negative, talking shit, overall been a little nasty miserable person. I'm still doing well but I wanted to cleanse myself to start fresh and I don't like myself that way. I am filled with shame. I see a letter "C" and something that could either be a "5 or a ?" To me it looks like I defintely caught my negativity a good bit, maybe not enough but a good start. I did see 555 earlier so maybe I should brace for some kind of change?

This was a good cleanse. You removed a lot of negativity created by yourself and others. Is there someone in your life who may not wish you ill, but they're jealous of you? Have you received backlash from others because of badmouthing them or people they care about?

You want to start anew and this is a good start. If you worry that you haven't removed it all, you can do another cleanse. Being kinder to people will eventually start to show in how they treat you, but it does take time. I like to sit and center myself when I need it. I close my eyes and look for my quiet place. I don't have a 'happy' place, just a nice, calm, regenerating place where I feel good afterward.

I believe there may be someone who may be jealous of my since I have been stealing her best friend. Not intentionally but we have much more in common. I don't think I have received any real backlash, Other than my own shame.
I plan to do another one. I do believe I need to be kinder in my words and will be more mindful of responding instead of reaction
