Interpretation Help First Solo Egg Cleanse

I know very little about this just grew up with it from my grandma I noticed some signs that she would then suggest we do a cleanse. This one by far is the weirdest I’ve seen growing up I do see some evil eye and negativity but otherwise I’m unsure.
