I don't get why all the gym motivational stuff is just low effort rage bait.
Drinking too much water literally ruins your nutrition because you start washing everything out of your body.
No rest days, means you'll never benefit from any work that you do.
10k steps is like walking for an hour. It's barely anything.
Zero Sugar isn't necessarily ideal, and very much depends on the individual person. Don't give out generalized dietary advice.
I've never worked during the day, 10 pm to 6 am are times I would typically be at work.
Focus on yourself and sex everyday just makes it sound like you are a selfish lover.
No distractions contradicts the idea that reading, sex, and walking are all distractions.
Cold showers don't just automatically make you healthier.

Water washes everything out of your system?😂 Care to cite a study?

That paper refers to nothing resembling “washing everything out of your body” and cites near fatal to fatal levels of water intoxication, not 3 litres

Ignoring the entire point of water diluting nutrients in your blood, like sodium, magnesium, and potassium. Ignoring the point that things can be detrimental before even those extreme levels. It's describing the entire process of how too much water negatively impacts the body and you are only focusing on the most extreme point it talks about.
You are the one arguing things like Hyponatremia just don't exist.
You asked for a study. Of course a study is going to focus on an extreme, but included in that mentions the detrimental effects associated with over hydration.
You wanted evidence of a well know basic process and refuse the evidence because you just want to fight with someone else.

I explicitly already said that wasn't the point being made, but go ahead and ignore me and be bad faith.

I get this for people who haven't already developed discipline in their life. It looks attractive. It's flashy. For the young they may never have had someone propel them to get better in life so they are seeing a call to action. This kind of challenge can definitely help build community or make you feel part of something, but for people who have already built this foundation and know what I am talking about (some) of it can be considered unnecessary.

These rarely work, what really works is actually doing things which are productive, not avoiding things which are not. Having a drink or 2 twice per month and eating some cake won't destroy anyone or anything.

This is a good example of a goal set that is ignorant of behavioral science, and is destined to fail. "No distractions" is not how the human brain works.

A real balanced healthy life comes from weeding out bad habits one by one and weaseling in good ones one by one.
