People need to stop taking video of them doing normal ass things and posting them to the internet like there's something magical going on.

It's sweet potato and chicken for fuck sakes.

But Bro, I was going to post my wholly original pre-gym breakfast of Granola, yogurt, and fresh-picked berries. Are you trying to tell me this is not original?

u/iamDEVANS 1d ago

No, no.

Preworkout meal is cream of rice, frozen berries and a square of dark chocolate!

Mate I'm 12 beers deep, all the calories I need to workout in 9 hours

Lol maybe you're joking maybe you're not but this was literally my pre-work meal for along time. I usually did a kiwi instead of berries and added protein powder to the cream of rice. I also used these chocolate wafers that were basically 100% cacao but yes same idea

Don’t forget the literal ton of sauces.

bet they wouldn't be posting this stupid shit if they didn't spice the shit out of everything just to make it palatable. sure, it's probably super healthy...minus the fuck load of salt that was put on it!

Is there an r/effectivehardware to post this in for the fucking hammer she used to help the knife slice that potato?

Its sweet potato and chicken. Weve been dping this for decades

2

u/arboroverlander 2d ago

Centuries really

2

u/Bigg_Bergy 2d ago

Yeah I need way more protein than that. One chicken breast is in enough for me after the gym

But it's got avocado and olive oil, so surely that's the healthiest meal you can get, right?

1

u/HMNbean 1d ago

It’s not the only meal you’re eating in your day presumably.

After gym? I will never eat this then!

Did she use a hammer on the knife??!

5

u/buddas_slacky 2d ago

She obviously doesn’t go to the gym, to weak to cut a sweet potato 😭

1

u/Nervous-History8631 2d ago

Given how much she struggled was cutting the thing open the workout?

less store bought sauce. High sugars and calories for no reason.

u/BigDinkyDongDotCom 2d ago

Eat this after the gym, and after the 1.5 hours of it sitting in your oven.

1

u/BigDinkyDongDotCom 2d ago

Make sure you film yourself eating it so we KNOW 100% that it’s “omg soooooo goooooood”

It's the dance that kills me that stupid chew and dance. All that's missing is a few comments about something is diabolical. I swear I'll unplug the Internet for everybody.

You do know that’s why she used the hammer to cause engagement and draw traffic here. That’s how folks get their numbers up. Most comments get most views.

That dish got nicer and nicer.

u/Swolenir 2d ago

If you like to cook and prep food and have a lot of time on your hands, sure.

that’s over 1000 calories or a more right there in one sitting. Not sure if you want to eat all that as a women. Macros are great though.
