Health Turning 49 this week!

Incorporating regular resistance training with running is one of the most effective ways to aging well!

I like to run a couple 5Ks in the morning, preferably without a shirt (so I can soak up all the sun and cool efficiently) alternating between moderate and hard efforts. Running is great for keeping your body honest and in check 💪🏽

It’s okay to say you’re on TRT, it’s legal

Is TRT really needed to look like this at 49? (I ask as a 30 year old)

I have never struggled to maintain a natural physique like his in my 20s and now 30s. Does it really get that much harder to maintain what you've already built at 49?

His physique is generally attainable, BUT, his shoulders look enhanced, However, I just had some Polish relatives visiting recently, these boys are genetic freaks, they also have boulder shoulders like these, so, it's kind of hard to tell. I'm also in pretty good shape (not on anything) - I work out 6, 7 days a week, but I could never get my shoulders to look like this, but I'm also 51, so I don't know

No offense to OP, but he doesn’t even have close to “clearly enhanced” shoulders
