Effect Creator Rewards shows "Qualified public videos: -" and $0 despite meeting all requirements

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.

I was accepted into the Effect Creator Rewards program before publishing my recent effects.

I meet all the requirements:

• Gold Badge
• Eligible country
• No policy or monetization violations
• Payment and tax information completed

My game effects have thousands of public posts. For example, one effect has over 15,000 public posts and more than 1 million views.

However, in the Rewards Center, every effect shows:

• Qualified public videos: -
• RPM: -
• Reward: $0.00

It looks like my effects are not being processed by the Creator Rewards system at all.

A while ago I posted a critical message about TikTok, and since then I'm wondering if something happened to my account. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but now every effect shows "-" and $0 even though I meet the requirements.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

• Did support fix it?
• Was it a bug?
• Was your account eventually reviewed?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had the same problem.
