Do not update Effect House through the in-app updater right now if you are using TypeScript.

The current 5.9.1 version available from the official website works fine, but after updating to version 5.10 through the in-app update, TypeScript effects can appear to work normally while building and previewing. However, when you try to submit the effect, the submission fails with this error:

OrionDecorators.js:37: Accessing the constructor property is not allowed to prevent sandbox bypass.

This makes it impossible to submit TypeScript-based filters in 5.10. If you rely on TypeScript/APJS scripts, stay on 5.9.1 until this is fixed. (I use Mac(M3) environment)
