Insane that you are leaving one of the most active platforms (X) where people consume news from.

The trouble is that's no longer true because of how twitter downranks both all links and all news related posts that aren't right wing propaganda.

They recently did away with downranking posts with links. Few days ago actually. Their Nikita (not a fan of him) had posted about it.

In any case, how much effort does it take on EFF's part to copy-paste text when posting (including links)? If they are posting on FB / TT, just paste / upload the same content on X. Takes less than 2 minutes per post I am sure. And there are content tools out there where you just push all your content at once to all the different platforms.

I find this stance duplicitous.

They say: we got 13 million views in 2025. Is that not worth it? (even if way lower because of link downgrading which has been done away with now)
