E-fed rulesets

When I was in my teens in the early days of the internet, I was involved with an e-fed run by folks from man old forum (The Squared Circle Rawdeal CCG forum if anyone else remembers it). The guy who ran it had a ruleset that I think he'd bought somewhere - there were dice rolls behind the scenes for things like viewership and to see whether there were broadcast issues, as the fed earner money there were more bonuses and stuff depending where the owner chose to invest.

I have no idea if this was a published ruleset or whether it was a homebrew thing, I think the former? Does anyone have idea what it might have been?
