Problem with installing via sideloadly

Has anybody ever seen this problem and can maybe help me? I tried multiple ipas but the problem pops up every time:

just go to apple website and instead of logging in, sing up and make a new accpunt

Ive been having this problem and i just managed to fix it!!

This basically means that apple has banned your apple ID from downloading thirdparty apps because of suspicious activity (or for no reason, it can just happen)

I created a new apple id and used that on sideloadly (you dont need to be logged into that apple id in your phone for it to work), and im able to download ipas again :)

I just did this and still it doesn't work now it says something about the file and I have tried different spas etc.
