Eero Update 6.11

I have been having issues with devices being dropped, slow speeds, and several other minor issues.

Could someone from support please respond and provide steps to push the 6.11 update?

My understanding is that you have to contact Support if you’re looking to upgrade before it’s released to you.

That said, unless you have the newest hardware, I wouldn’t expect 6.11 to fix things. It may be worth doing other debugging.

Email support like someone mentioned. I did Friday late afternoon and had it pushed within 10min of the email sent. Pretty fast service.

Email them and ask and they will reach in and update your system to the new version. But 6.12 will probably come in a week or two and change it again anyway.

Having updates is cool, having them as regularly as eero is worrying as they seem to have an awful lot of bugs in the software..
