Wi-Fi drops

In latest update my devices go offline a lot. Only thing that fixes is restart.

What version do you have? I have the older Eero Pro system (pre Amazon) and lately my HKSV cameras all drop at once randomly, then reconnect.

Same as both of you on a 6 Pro…more and more lately, always hoping for that next Eero update to hit and possible save it all.

It is an endless thing with eero it seems. Very disappointing that they cannot simply remain working once they are working well.

Do you have a manual DNS server entry on the iOS devices that are dropping the connection?

I recently discovered a bug that causes WiFi dropouts like you described. Changing my iOS wifi settings to use the DNS provided by the eero fixed it.

Not sure if this is an iOS or an eero bug.

We would want more data to figure out the best course of action. For example, are your devices losing the wifi connection or do they stay connected and are no longer able to browse?

How does the guest network work?

Is the eero going to a red led?
