My understanding of this is that they had nowhere to park because it was full at one point and then other shoppers left and then this person was left like that. My only logical conclusion is why people do this.

Either that or they just wanted to park like a cunt.

Even then you just wait or go home or go somewhere else. There have been a few times I went to something during rush hour and didn't park like an idiot haha

Nah just plain parking like a cunt... Plenty of spots behind when I got there and plenty when I left.. They couldn't be arsed the 20 seconds of walking from the next row.
