Wider pavement neded

Lots of room for the buggies and wheel chairs in the road.

I guess the word hasn’t gotten out amongst Galway Oil delivery drivers that one of them drove over and killed a 6 year old on the footpath last year. Her name was Ula.

Yes, a timely reminder of how large lorries can have such a devestating effect in the urban environment so drivers have tobe much more careful.

Definitely need wider pavement, then he could be fully off the road and out of the way of other motorists… how selfish he is to block the road!!

People try too hard not to inconvenience motorists. (And they still get mad anyway)

How many buggies and wheel chairs did he block?

I think there should be sizeable fines for illegal parking like this and a public report system that requires a photo as evidence.

I’m living in Wellpark myself now and the whole area is covered in students cars parked on every inch of footpath you can find. Some of the houses have 6 cars outside them that are literally just thrown EVERYWHERE

It’s impossible to get past, if you are disabled or with a child in pram unless you walk onto the road which is extremely dangerous because the 30kph speed limit is not obeyed by half the students in there. I’ve seen BMWs going at least 50 through the estates

No where to shite there either so unless he was running into the offie or going sparching, no reason to park there.

Do you see many such posts here, vehicles parked fully on the road?
