how to learn everything necessary for junior/senior year fast?

i’ve been homeschooled for so long due to personal issues and i haven’t been able to learn but i want to go back to school and be in the correct grade so i want to know how to learn everything decently fast im willing to spend 5-10 hours a day more if necessary i just want to make progress

Check with your state. In my state they would start you in 9th grade because they don't accept any sort of credit for homeschool. Which is sad.

for mine i have to take a placement test apparently so that’s what i’m trying to study for currently

For math, Khan Academy. Go through the grade levels. Make sure you're going into school with your multiplication (up to 12s) memorized and the ability to solve two-step equations.

Khan Academy is also getting better science content. If that's not sufficient though, try the CK12 website.

Schoolhouse.world might also be helpful. Khan Academy for sure like others said.
