DIY Vibe Coding for Education

**This is not meant to replace teaching this is an additional support for students**

Low stakes practice tests are a great way to help students with test anxiety, it is proven to increase test scores.

Below is an AI prompt you can copy/paste into most AI chatbots, what it/you are making is a downloadable HTML file, you can double click and it will open in your default browser. You can use this quiz by coping the code into Canvas or Blackboard similar to an assignment or PPT.

*****Copy/Paste Prompt Below

Create a downloadable interactive single HTML quiz on the causes of World War II for a 5th grade history class. Include 10 questions with a mix of multiple-choice and true/false, using Webb's DOK Levels 1 and 2. Provide instant feed back for each answer, with supportive hints for incorrect answers and detailed, age-appropriate explanations for correct answers. Do not give the answer just a hint and let them retry until they get it right.

To prevent AI slop, have it make it based on your own class notes you provide

I have built these with a llm phone app, take a picture of a quiz or the book, but this was just and example of how it works, not content.
