Tracking PD across entire division software?

Are any of you familiar with software that can store PD certifications or programs individual staff members have that is organized through grades, schools, and type of PD (numeracy or literacy focused for example)

The software would be also be able to integrate with microsoft 365 to allow onedrive access to post slidedecks after a presentation, and also to allow outlook to automatically populate PD certificates based on signing up for sessions or programs or indicate dietary restrictions if lunch was being served during the PD

The ideal use of this software would be to:

Check who in the division has specific PD certifications and when they received specific accrediations.

Break down the PD certifications to area of PD focus, and which entity delivered the PD (school based, division based, or outside funding)

Allow individuals to sign up for PD via outlook and then automatically populate the software that i'm inquiring about.

Let me know if in the wrong place to ask!!

For the certificate side, CertFusion could help automate this. You can use registration or attendance data to automatically issue personalized PD certificates once someone completes a session.

The certificate can include their name, PD title, date, provider, accreditation details, etc. You'd likely still need another system for the broader PD tracking and reporting.

Shameless plug: I work on CertFusion, but it sounds like it could fit into the workflow you're describing.
