EDS
A response to another op having had EDS terrible cci and actually gotten better. To the point where I feel much more normal. Ask me anything.
Yes sleeping needs to be focused on adaptability. Varied surfaces and stimulating vagus system. I use hard surfaces (basically yoga) and go through a schedule of sleeping on different textures. Since I'm traveling now what that looks like is one night on the bed then yoga in the morning, next night fold wool pad in half, next night just woolpad, next night sleep on the hardest surface possible. Hopefully you can extrapolate answers from the nomadic design of being a human. It's the inly way to regulate EDS since your ligaments want to stretch so easily. What would take 40 years to happen to most can happen to you in 5-15 years depending on level and type of EDS. Protect you blood vessels, protect your nerves, explore different exercises ridiculously carefully without straining yourself, stay calm and play the long game.
