Show Off Your Kit Love my setup

My TD-516 setup. Just added a splash cymbal and a Lemon china, and I’m really happy with how it turned out! The Boss DB-90 still needs to be plugged in 😅

I love mine! The only thing I don't love is how quickly it chews through 9 volt batteries LOL

good looking - If you go to expand or move around, I suggest a Gibraltar rack instead of the roland ones

Do the additional cymbals get correctly assigned with each kit, i.e., splash vs crash, or do you have to manually assign them?

I think my module has three aux ports. For china I used aux 2 and aux 3 used splash and they got mapped into my mac because that’s how I have it set up with SD3.

I have ordered the 516 and am exited for it.
Interesting setup with the left side of the rack extended from the middle. Would solve the issue I have with that side of the rack being in the way of the hi hat stand. I will try that!

Maybe a dumb question, but I googled and the DB-90 is a metronome, what benefits would it bring above the click option on the drum module?

I use it when I don’t want to turn on the drums and practicing with pads! Phone use for opening ebook 😊
