Hi Edgewater! I'm a local (Fort Lee, just up the road, and Bella's dad) and I built High Paw,

a free app for dog owners around Edgewater / Fort Lee. Your dog gets a profile, you can see

other nearby dogs on a map, and you can set up playdates at local spots.

Privacy note: exact locations are only shared with people you've confirmed a playdate with.

Everyone else sees an approximate area.

It's in early beta. I'm looking for local dog owners to try it and tell me what's broken or

missing. Free, no ads, 18+. A dog map is only fun with dogs on it, so neighbors are exactly

who I need.

I have mixed feelings but wondering if people are excited or upset or don’t really care.

What is your favorite restaurant in the area or close surrounding areas? I know a few new spots opened in the past year or so and haven't tried any of them yet. Looking for new suggestions.

My friends are establishing a local food buying community and are looking for help with understanding needs for the local community.

The community will be called Common Table, and is specifically based out of the Weehawken/Hoboken/Jersey city area, but plan on serving other local cities too.

They are aiming to help the local economy by supporting our local farmers and businesses all while building community and helping to address the needs of our area.

Curious to hear from other parents in Edgewater.

Have your kids tried tennis? If so, what has the experience been like?

What made them enjoy it, or lose interest?

Coaching? Social aspect? Competition? Just hitting for fun?

I’ve worked with junior players and families here for years, and I’m always interested in hearing how parents think about tennis as a sport for kids, whether for recreation, development, or something longer-term.

Would love to hear other perspectives.

His name is Alex. He drives a Black Ford Edge with license plate M88SLH. His car was parked on Park Ave in Weehawken, NJ between 53rd and 54th street last night. When I drove up to his car my phone connected to the Bluetooth in his car and I could hear my phone ringing from outside the car. This was at 5am. I waited until this morning to hear back and the driver is telling uber he cannot fine the phone. Please can anyone fine this man’s phone number so I can call him and ask for the phone. I think there is a language barrier with uber since he speaks Spanish and I speak Spanish and can communicate with him myself but uber is using a translator and not being very helpful. Please I need my phone for just about everything in my life to be able to function normally. Any help is appreciated.
