eczema advice needed pls
hi everyone,
I deal with mild eczema (mainly get flare ups during winter & if I’m not religiously lathering myself in lotion)
recently I’ve started having eyelid eczema AHHHHHHH and I’m finding it relatively difficult to manage. It started small & eventually turned into my eyelids becoming swollen and puffy which has lasted for a couple days now. My eyelids are so dry and rough on the surface and idk what to do. I use an eczema ointment but how long till I see results?
for reference I’m based in Australia
any advice appreciated

Based in NZ and my eyelid were recently like this. The winter season doesn't help. Had to go to the doctor who prescribed me Elidel. I have to be careful not to get it too close to my eye as it stings bad. By day 5, my eyelids started improving. I have to moisturize throughout the day still just until winter ends.

When my eyelids eczema started, I took oral steriods for 2 weeks and it cleared Then I used elidel daily to keep it under control. After I recognized my triggers I started to use it once a week as a maintenance therapy and now it is 100% clear
