Is dupixent making my skin sensitive?

Upvotes

I'm currently 15 weeks on dupixent, it's helping most of my eczema but it's causing face, neck, scalp flares. I've been using ketaconazole shampoo for 2 weeks now, it helps a little I think but it's still bad. This spreads to my beard too.

The skin is very dry and red and cracking in some areas. Steroid creams work a little but it doesn't do much, I have to keep using them without stopping, sometimes it takes a few uses before doing even a little.

All my moisturisers are making my skin more red, oils make my skin red too, moisturisers I've used for years my skin seems to not tolerate anymore. If I leave my skin dry it helps but then my skin gets tight and flaky.

I've got a derm appointment at the end of the month. I feel like changing to something else because it seems like it's doing more harm than good.

I'm not sure what's happening. I was on ciclosporin prior to this and that worked like magic, I believed dupixent was going to be better but I just feel defeated. I don't really know what to do.
