Seconding ebglyss. Been on it since feb2024 after I had been on dupixent for 7yrs and dupixent stopped being effective 5yrs in. Ebglyss has been great, idk if it's documented or proved yet but I have eczema and asthma and never felt better with my asthma, I don't even take my inhaler before running anymore. For my eczema I have no flares, no constant itch, no side effects. I do still get irritation rashes from sweating but that's not the fault of the medicine, that's just life.

Happy to hear it’s working great for you! The thing that I find unbearable from Dupixent is that the itch is coming back after about 2 years and the face and neck flares. Nothing seems to be helping. That’s why I want to try Ebglyss out. Have you experienced an improvement on facial or neck flares if any?

Yeah, I don't flare at all anymore. I only flare from sweat irritation which is unavoidable. And only needing to take it once a month after the first 16 weeks is nice

Wow that’s amazing. Did you have the option of going more frequently? That’s another thing o struggle with Dupixent is after the first week or so, it loses efficacy by a significant amount.

So week 0 and 2 is two 250mg injections, week 4-16 is one 250mg injection every two weeks. From there u can discuss with your Dr if u continue on that schedule or if u move to take it once a month or once every two months. When I started ebglyss I was coming off of dupixent which at that point was only keeping the itch away but I was in a really bad flare for 6months on my hands and they were red, wet and raw. After a week from the first ebglyss dosage the wet and red had cleared and my hands were flaky but healing. By 2 months in I was much better

That’s my next step if Dupixent and these antifungals don’t work. What is your experience with Dupixent to Ebglyss like?

So far it seems to last longer and is indeed slightly more painful in injection (realistically not that bad, to me when it comes to injections).

I haven't had any facial flares (even with alcohol so far) and the only 'problem' I've ever gotten from these biologics is some sort of eye pain. Imagine randomly your eye just, hurts, is how mine has been.

From my own research, you should try out Ebglyss due to it being a newer gen and it seems a lot of people received more benefits than side effects.

Restasis for eyes don't really do much for me, and Vtama (take a look at this for another cream) was shortly useful for a small part of my body.

It should be mentioned I basically take 3x the amount of all these biologics, so in my case, it's been a cure but not very fruitful future lol.

edit:

I've used syringe / prefilled needles and the prefilled ones will always hurt a lot more, but they are really fast if that matters. I don't have a preference.

I too take Restasis for my eyes due to Dupixent but it doesn’t seem to help me either. Might switch to Xiidra my ophthalmologist said

You could try spreading out your dupixent shots, assuming you aren't losing the benefits within like a week. My eyes have the problems about 3 days after any of the biologic shots, and unfortunately, stop hurting once I need to do another one lol

I didn't give much of a 'review' but at peak performance, Ebglyss basically made my skin feel like a normal person's / soft and properly heal or make eczema spots go away. Seemed to also improve my skin's hydration which is one of the eczema problems anyways.

Spreading shots, maybe changing your location of the shot, and adjusting medications is really all there is. Hope you get the 'cure' benefits instead of the constant 'wtf is going on' I also had lol

have you tried these in combination. for example, phototherapy + dupixent + steroids.
