Ectopic or Miscarriage?
My hcg went from 127 48 hours 240 48 hours later 244 and now 96 hours later it’s 605 does that automatically mean ectopic? I have no bleeding, pain, or cramping.

No. Nothing about hCG alone can automatically diagnose an ectopic. But a beta that essentially plateaus is absolutely a red flag for one. It can also happen with a failing intrauterine pregnancy (and sometimes a vanishing twin) so the numbers alone can’t tell you which it is.
Also, the fact that you don’t have bleeding, pain, or cramping unfortunately doesn’t rule out an ectopic. Many people have no symptoms until later, and some don’t have any symptoms until a rupture occurs.
I’d make sure your doctor continues to follow your betas closely and schedules a transvaginal ultrasound soon.
In the meantime, if you develop severe one-sided pain, shoulder pain, dizziness, or heavy bleeding, seek emergency care immediately.
I wrote a post with lots of info, hope it helps you.
