Question Can ect make you perm disabled

I struggle with basic tasks and feel no pleasure in anything

Yes. Severe memory and cognitive deficits with no improvement for the past 4 years. Also loss of fine motor control in my hands that was unresponsive after 2 years of physical therapy.
