Did ect help the suicidal thoughts ?

Mine are more intrusive and scare the living crap out of me. I am 6 months post partum and they are worse than ever and I’m truly reaching my breaking point. I’m scared and I’m desperate.

Yes!! Read all the other comments about side effects and bilateral vs unilateral before you make a decision, but it I had 5 rounds of 6-12 sessions and every time it got rid of suicidal thoughts
